NOT an "Entry Only" service.  We provide you with a full range of services including:

  • Helping you establish a fair market listing price for the property
  • List the property in the local Multiple Listing Service which will also post it to the major internet portals

     
     

  • Coordinate showings with other real estate agents
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of the sale
  • Complete the the sales agreement and other necessary paperwork
  • Escrow deposit funds
  • Advise you throughout the sales process

SAVE THOUSANDS

In most areas the typical broker fee is 5% of the sales price. That 5% gets split between the listing agent and the selling agent. If you can eliminate the 2.5% that the listing agent gets on a $300,000 sale you save $7,500.

LIMITATIONS

The property you are purchasing should be located in one of the towns listed below. Your current property which you are listing for sale does not have to be located in the below listed towns. Depending on the distance of the property you are selling the level of service I can provide may be limited. No matter the location of the property my schedule will not allow me to accompany showings by other real estate brokers. You will need to either allow a lock box to be placed on the property so that other brokers can access the property for unaccompanied showings or you will need to be present at the time of showing to provide broker access.  The minimum purchase price for the new property you are purchasing is $300,000. Exceptions will be considered for buyers that have been referred to me. Please note that I work with a limited number of homebuyers and may not always be able to accept new clients.
