Experienced agents get 90% on self generated business with a $10,000 annual cap. Once the company’s 10% split of fees received on your transactions in a calendar year totals $10,000 you get 100% for the balance of the calendar year. Build your own ‘team’ and control the split they receive with you earning an override as their manager. Your total team production counts towards the annual cap. The annual cap is subject to a slight increase for teams of 2 or more licensed agents. Contact us for more information.
